City Council Meeting

City Council meets the 2nd Tuesday of every month at  6:00pm  at Whitesboro City Hall Council Chambers, 111 West Main Street.  The public is welcome and encouraged to attend City Council meetings.  The meetings are posted 72 hours prior to each meeting on the bulletin board at City Hall and this website.  All meetings are subject to Open Meetings Act and the Open Records Act.

If you would like to be scheduled to address the Council at a City Council meeting, call the City Secretary’s office at (903)564-3311 no later than the Tuesday prior to the meeting.  If you have a disability and need auxiliary aids or services, please notify the City of Whitesboro at least 48 hours in advance of when services are needed.
